At Anchor Point Youth Services, we believe that lasting impact begins with the people who show up every day with compassion, dedication, and purpose. Our team is made up of deeply committed professionals who bring not only years of hands-on experience but also a shared passion for supporting vulnerable youth with dignity and care.

From youth care and social work to personal and developmental support, our associates are trained to meet the unique emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs of every individual we serve. Each team member brings a minimum of three years’ professional experience, along with formal education from accredited post-secondary institutions.

We don’t just meet standards—we exceed them. Every member of our team undergoes:

  • A comprehensive background and police check

  • First Aid and CPR certification

  • Fire safety and extinguisher training

  • UMAB (Understanding and Managing Aggressive Behaviors) certification

  • Medication administration training

Our team is also actively engaged in continuous learning, with ongoing professional development in:

  • Trauma-informed care practices

  • Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) awareness

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) support

Whether working with children, teens, individuals with complex behavioral needs, our staff approach every situation with empathy, patience, and professionalism. Flexible scheduling and a client-first mindset allow us to meet youth where they are and support them with consistency, structure, and care.
