What we offer
What We Offer
Supporting youth with care, stability, and opportunity every step of the way.
At Anchor Point Youth Services, we provide a continuum of care designed to meet youth where they are—and guide them toward where they want to be. Whether it’s finding a safe home, learning critical life skills, or navigating crisis situations, our services are designed to uplift, empower, and protect.
Below are the core programs and supports we offer:
Foster Placement Support
Every child deserves a safe, stable place to call home.
We work hand-in-hand with youth and caregivers to ensure each placement is a good fit—emotionally, culturally, and developmentally. Our team carefully screens foster homes and provides ongoing support to both the child and the foster family. We’re committed to creating identity-affirming, inclusive spaces where youth feel seen, respected, and valued.
Transitional & Independent Living Programs
Helping youth move toward independence—with purpose and support.
For youth ages 6–18, our Transitional and Independent Living Program equips young people with the tools they need to successfully navigate adulthood. We provide access to safe housing, career coaching, employment readiness, financial literacy training, educational support, and essential life skills. Each plan is personalized, helping youth build a foundation of stability and self-reliance.
Life Skills & Mentorship
Building confidence, leadership, and everyday life tools.
Through structured workshops and one-on-one guidance, we help youth develop practical skills that matter—like communication, conflict resolution, decision-making, and time management. Youth are also paired with trained mentors who offer consistent encouragement, real-world guidance, and a reliable source of positive influence.
Emergency & Crisis Support
Responsive care when it's needed most.
Our 24/7 emergency support ensures that youth in crisis have immediate access to safety and stability. Whether due to unsafe home environments or urgent life situations, our trauma-informed staff are trained in crisis de-escalation, emergency placement coordination, and emotional support. We respond quickly—with care, discretion, and compassion.
Family Reunification Support
Rebuilding family bonds through thoughtful, supported care.
When it's in the best interest of the child, we work closely with families and community partners to support reunification. Through supervised visits, family therapy, and collaborative case planning, we create a safe path toward reconnecting and healing. We believe in restoring relationships with care, accountability, and love.
